LittleBook: Why did you start a band??
Blag Dahlia:
To get fucked, Jay. Do I look like a douchebag here?

LB:How did you find each other??
BD:
I had to give blood near HeWho’s house as part of community service for a drug conviction. He had donuts and weed.

LB:What's your most memorable moment as a band??
BD: My Grammy. I’d like to thank all of the little unimportant people...

LB:Favorite pre / post show; food, indulgence or ritual??
BD: Cocaine and Sarcasm.

LB:What do you drink at practice??
BD:
Whatever it is, it comes in a Thermos.

LB:What’s the hardest thing about being a Bay Area Band??
BD: Telling your parents you’re gay.

LB:What do you want people to know about your band, what are you doing next??
BD:
The Dwarves are rock legends destroying the West Coast January 2009. Candy Now is the new retro band I started. Five years from now everyone will think it was great.

LB:What's up with your latest CD where can I get it, where did you record it??
BD: The Dwarves Must Die is the last one out, a classic of genre hopping tom foolery. The next one is due out in 2009. More sickness and despair that’s too fast to dance to.

LB: Favorite San Francisco Band or a memorable show??
BD:
I like the ones where I get blown afterward.

LB:Favorite venue to Play??
BD:
Playboy Mansion

LB: Who's the smelliest member after a sweaty gig??
BD: Your mom leaps to mind.

LB: Where do you think live music is heading??
BD:
The crapper.

LB: How do you feel about people downloading your songs for free , do you offer free downloads??
BD: Yes and yes.

LB: How are the shows today different from the shows the Dwarves played when you we're just starting out?
BD:
Now we get paid.
